About

Hi, I’m Molly — a designer who turns everyday observations into usable experiences.

I design interactions that help people make sense of everyday information—where context and emotion are often overlooked. My work focuses on creating culturally grounded, emotionally considerate digital experiences, and I’m building towards UX Engineering by bridging design thinking with front-end implementation.

Design focus

Culture & language

Designing interfaces rooted in everyday culture, language, and local practices to make systems feel familiar and meaningful.

Emotion & clarity

Reducing cognitive and emotional friction through calm visual hierarchy, gentle feedback, and focused interaction patterns.

Prototype to code

Turning design concepts into working products using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SwiftUI to validate ideas beyond static prototypes.

Background

I studied international business in Taiwan and spent a year in Spain studying marketing and graphic design, where I became more aware of how culture, language, and context shape the way people understand information. These experiences now inform my design work, especially in projects that translate everyday knowledge into digital interactions.
